Put here your Shipping & Returns information.Slipperyware.com ships via UPS Ground to the 48 states (CONUS) and United States Postal Services (USPS) Priority Mail to Post Office Box addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. Slipperyware.com does not ship to other countries including Canada. 48 States/CONUS (No PO Boxes): UPS Ground PO Boxes: USPS Service ONLY! APO/FPO Addresses: USPS Service ONLY! Alaska and Hawaii Addresses: USPS Service ONLY! Delivery Times We normally ships with three days once your order is placed with Slipperyware.com (most order are process and shipped within 24 hours). Once delivered to the carrier’s normal delivery times should be used to determine estimated time in transit. Calculate Time via UPS: http://wwwapps.ups.com/calTimeCost?loc=en_US USPS Priority Mail Time: http://www.usps.com/all/shippingandmailing/23daypackages.htm Shipping Cost Whether shipping via UPS or the USPS actual shipping cost for your physical location (FOB: New Jersey) will be charged. In addition, if shipping via the USPS a Confirmation of Delivery fee of $0.50 will be added in the Priority Mail shipping cost. Please note that shipping rates are weight-based and all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Undeliverable Packages Occasionally packages are returned to Slipperyware.com undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package, we issue a full product refund (We'll also pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of a Slipperryware.com error.). Slipperyware.com will NOT re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order at www.slipperyware.com. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us at sales@slipperyware.com . Why Packages are Undeliverable? Carriers may deem a package undeliverable for several reasons but primarily due to: · An Incorrect Address. If an address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please insure your address is correct when placing an order. The USPS does not deliver to some addresses. All orders with a "PO BOX" in the address are automatically shipped via USPS. Also, if you (or your post office) have put in a request for address forwarding, please note that the USPS forwards first-class mail and magazines ONLY, and will not forward packages therefore your Slipperyware.com package will NOT be forwarded but returned to us. Address Format: If a post office box address is entered in a format our system does not recognize, the package may be shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To ensure that such packages are routed through the proper carriers, please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number. In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the carrier made a mistake and left the package at a different address then what was printed on the label. Refused by Recipient: If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way. General Returns Policy You may return any item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund with no question asked (Slipperyware.com does not refund shipping cost unless we have made a shipping or product error). Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of a Slipperryware.com error. You must call or Email Slipperyware.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number BEFORE you return the order. We will provide you easy to understand information for the return.
